Yoga has been an important part of my life since 2006, and has allowed me to gain a holistic understanding of the physical body and its connection to the mind and spirit.

In 2014 I graduated from my Yoga Teacher Training, and since then I have been sharing my practice with others in studio and private settings. I strive to connect with individuals in order to focus on their specific needs and promote a positive and personal practice.

My bachelor degree in Life Science has given me a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology, various states of health, injury and disease, which compliment my teaching greatly as I am able to provide tailored and anatomically sound modifications and adjustments to each one of my students. My teaching follows alignment based principles and I strive to use yoga as a therapeutic practice to improve overall physical and mental wellbeing.

My  studies of Holistic Nutrition have complemented and expanded my understanding of holistic health and wellness.

I am thrilled to be sharing my passion for health with others, and to continue to learn.

Join me on the journey!

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Private yoga has drastically changed the way I approach my yoga practice. Camila, my instructor, was very attentive and knowledgeable. In one of our private classes, she skillfully helped me to identify my problem areas. Now I can modify postures in a group class to get the most out of my workout. In addition to the advice she gave in our session, Camila continued to send me personalized recommendations. I can’t recommend Camila enough.

Practicing with Camila has improved my quality of life. Her gentle assists have had a profound impact on my practice and have allowed me to get deeper into poses that I didn’t think I was capable of. She always brings me back to the basics and reminds me to focus on my core. Her in-depth yoga knowledge, acceptance, empathy and non-judgmental attitude makes her a qualified teacher for all levels. Thank you Camila – my core, hamstrings and back are very appreciative for all your help!
